🏢To ensure a good living environment at Anker Studentbolig, we use annual rental agreements to ensure that our residents are active students. This allows us to offer affordable accommodation with a good standard to Oslo's students, pupils and apprentices.🏢 

New lease contract for next academic year is offered every spring term (April). 

• You will be automatically notified in April and will then see a new field in the Notification Centre on Anker Login, where you must upload approved study documentation before it is possible to sign the rental contract. See what is approved study documentation in the link below!
• You will be asked to upload documentation proving that you have been an active student during the year you have already lived at Anker Studentbolig (this should match the documentation you have previously submitted) and new or updated documentation for the upcoming school year.  (Click file below to see what is approved documentation).
• Read the new lease agreement carefully and note that rent is adjusted annually:
  Click "More options" and "Download contract" to review before signing.
• The maximum length of stay for all tenants is limited to five years.
• If you have taken a leave of absence or been on sick leave from your studies, this must be reported in advance and is limited to one year during your stay.

When your study documentation has been approved by Anker Studentbolig, you will receive confirmation of this and can sign a new contract. We will contact you if we have any questions.

Remember to carefully review the new lease agreement, as rent is adjusted annually. To read before signing: Click "More options" and "Download contract".

NB: Any difference in increased advance rent must be paid before the new contract starts.

NB: Tenants who have breached the lease agreement with Anker Studentbolig (e.g. financial default, warnings, bad behaviour etc.) are not eligible for a new lease contract offer. Tenants who are not offered a lease renewal will receive a separate email with further information about this.
