Documentation requirements

In order for Anker Studentbolig to be able to offer you a contract renewal, you must show that you are an active student at a college or university, a student on a vocational programme or an apprentice.

But how do you do it?

Most things can be fixed with a few keystrokes on a computer or mobile phone and it's not time-consuming.

 

Students at university colleges/universities: Proof of study documentation should include the following with your name visible:
  • Screenshot of active courses on Studentweb
  • Screenshot of your study plan (incl. upcoming semester) on Studentweb
  • Valid student card showing paid semester fees
  • Receipt for the application you receive by email (coordinated admission) if you have applied for a new programme
Vocational students at VGS (upper secondary school): Proof of study documentation should include the following
  • Signed and stamped confirmation from the school administration (counsellor) of subject composition number of school hours (for the current school year)
  • Application sent to VIGO and/or confirmation from your school for the next school year.
Apprentices:
  • Signed apprenticeship contract if you are currently working as an apprentice, you must upload your last two payslips (please make sure to provide a password if the document is secured).
  • Receipt that you have applied for an apprenticeship, if applicable.
