28.08.24 - conversion of heating central:
The janitor reports that they will be renovating the heating central in Trondheimsveien, and that there will therefore be some noisy work during the day. The project starts on Monday, 23rd of September, between 08-16:00 on weekdays, for approximately 14 days. The purpose is mainly to rebuild the heating system, it will not affect hot/cold water to the apartments, but components will be installed which will be drilled into concrete (which contributes to the occurrence of noise).

There is continuous work on our buildings. When you're in the property business, you know how expensive it can be if damage is not addressed immediately. We do this to ensure that apartments, corridors, lifts, roof terraces and outdoor areas are maintained. And yes, it can lead to noise! In a perfect world, you could spike a floor without a sound, but unfortunately that's not the reality.
