Monday 25.11.2024 - Wednesday 27.11.2024 - WATER SHUTDOWN WHOLE PERIOD (not all homes affected)

• Timetable: From Monday at 09:00 to Wednesday at 14:00
• Work: Pigging, demolition and replacement of old drain and sewer pipes in the basement.
• Warning: Taps must not be opened and drains/drains for showers, sinks and toilets must not be used during this time. From Wednesday at 14:00, drains and taps can be used as normal. High noise is expected in the venue and the building in general.

28.08.24 - Reconstruction of heating centre:

The caretaker reports that they will be rebuilding the heating centre in Trondheimsveien, and that there will therefore be some noisy work during the day ahead. The planned work will start on Monday week 39, 23 September from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, for approximately 14 days. The purpose of the work is mainly to rebuild the heating system, it will not affect hot/cold water to the homes, but components will be installed that will be drilled into concrete (which contributes to noise).

There is continuous work on our buildings. When you're in the property business, you know how expensive it can be if damage is not addressed immediately. We do this to ensure that apartments, corridors, lifts, roof terraces and outdoor areas are maintained. And yes, it can lead to noise! In a perfect world, you could spike a floor without a sound, but unfortunately that's not the reality.
