The House Rules are there to ensure a good living environment and neighbourliness by ensuring that everyone is considerate of each other.
The house rules apply to everyone living in Anker Studenthousing, and the tenant is responsible for following the rules and ensuring that visitors are made aware of and comply with them. For example, if a friend of yours smokes in the student accommodation, you will still be fined and warned, so you should try to avoid this!
When the rental agreement is signed, you have also signed that you have read and understood the house rules.
