We would like to remind you that we have a round-the-clock security service available to residents here at Anker, provided by Securitas. This is a resource you can utilise if you need help with security or uncomfortable situations, as well as lock-ins if necessary 🔑

When can you contact Securitas?

• In case of excessive noise or disturbance in common areas or from your neighbour outside normal hours, security should be contacted to handle the situation if it cannot be resolved between tenants.
• If you experience unsafe situations, such as unauthorised persons in the building.
• In need of rapid assistance in situations that do not require police or other emergency services

Extra tips:

If you experience acute hazards, you can also contact the emergency services: 110, 112 or 113.
Feel free to contact the Housing Office afterwards for follow-up, via email studentbolig@anker.oslo.no.
