Keyfriends are your digital spare keys!
*Can only be used by the contract holder at Anker Studentbolig
Do you have a co-tenant? Are you having a friend over?
Click on My Keyfriend and send an invitation:
- Co-tenant/ Guest? select NO
- Contract holder with iLOQ? select YES
The cohabitant/recipient of the invitation must have the Anker Student app downloaded before starting the invitation.

Lost your phone and don't have Keyfriends to help you get in?
Another resident can still let you in:
- Use your housemate's phone.
- Make sure you have access to your e-mail where you received the registration code from Anker.
- Go to "My digital key" and register with your own 15-digit code. Note: Now your neighbour's key will no longer work!
- Open your room with your roommate's phone
- Thank your flatmate
- Your neighbour has to re-register himself for his own room.
Additional Information About Keyfriend:
- You can only have 2active, external Keyfriend invitations at a time. (Your cohabitant counts as 1 external invitation as they do not have a tenancy agreement.)
- Only the main tenant can use the original 15-digit key code, as they are responsible for managing access (Keyfriends) to their residence.
- Keyfriends cannot issue other Keyfriend invitations.
Add webapp to your home screen
- Click on:
- Click on "Add to home screen."
- Click on the "Add" button.
- The web app is now on your home screen.
