Since we were founded to provide students with a good place to live while studying in Oslo, we have organised the unpredictable period of life with only two months' notice period on long-term contracts. We cannot shorten the notice period any further, as this would not result in financially sound management of the foundation. NB! Remember to register your cancellation no later than the last day of the month.

NB! Short-term rentals of one semester are binding and cannot be terminated.

Moving out before the end of the termination period?

If you want to move out earlier than the agreed contract end date, this is possible. BUT: Please note that this is done at your own risk and refunds for the remaining period are not possible.

With this in mind, we refer to § 6. RENT, point (6) in the lease agreement:
"In the event of termination by the tenant or the landlord, the obligation to pay continues until the end of the notice period, regardless of whether the tenant has vacated the premises earlier."
