If you contact support, you must state that you are a tenant at Anker Studentbolig, your address and your housing number.
GlobalConnect is the provider of internet to your home.
You can find the network name (SSID) and password (Wireless Key) on the modem itself.
The speed of the broadband is up to 1000/1000Mbps (used with cable).
Problems with the internet?
The housing office and caretakers cannot help you with equipment problems or connection testing/troubleshooting.
