In Københavngata 10 you will find the mail room on the 1st floor on the way out to the garage, follow the labelling of the doors. 

You must write your name on a note on the mailbox, with capital letters, so that the postman can deliver your mail.

When you move in, you must remember to change your address through Altinn.no and Posten.no (Norwegian citizens only). See your address in section 2 of your rental contract.

For larger parcels that does not fit in the mailbox: Posten will send a collection letter with information about where the parcel can be collected, either by letter or by text message.

If you have ordered a parcel online that is delivered by e.g. DHL, please check directly with the specific company for the delivery method.
