Did you not get your dream home or did your apartment suddenly become too small or too big? Perhaps your finances are not sufficient?

A basic need for all people is a good place to live that suits YOU. We all have different preferences, and this can change along the way. You can apply to transfer to another property at any time, but remember that there is a waiting list. We try to respond as best we can, but even we can't predict the future (amazingly enough) so in most cases we ask you to wait to see if the apartment you have applied for becomes available, unless otherwise is stated in the advert.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNAL RELOCATION

• You do not have a cancellation period for the old home. This means if you recieve an offer from 01.12.** and you sign the given contract, the old contract will automaticly be adjusted to end 03.12.** 
• There are 3 days the contracts will overlap.This is fixed and cannot be adjusted. You'll receive a full month's rent for the new accommodation, along with an additional 3 days' rent for the old accommodation. Therefore, your rent will be slightly higher in the month of your move. You can determine the extra cost by dividing your monthly rent by the number of days in the month, then multiplying it by 3 days. 
• You must report faults in the property you are moving from. If there are any issues that need to be addressed in your old accommodation before the next tenant moves in, please report them to the caretaker.
• You cannot apply for internal relocation if you have pests invation in your home. If you notice any pests issues, please inform the caretaker promptly so that we can resolve the problem swiftly and efficiently, thus avoiding any unpleasant surprises for the next tenant.
• You must pay extra advance rent if you are moving to a larger apartment (higher houserent). You'll notice on the Anker Login app that there is outstanding prepaid rent that needs to be settled before you can move into the new accommodation.
• Remember to clean the apartment you are moving out from properly and follow the cleaning form. See link below for cleaningtip. 

NOTE: from the 1st of January 2025, an administration fee (NOK 350) will be invoiced for processing an internal move application.
