07.03.25: The roof terraces are now open for the season!

If you live in Storgata 61, 63 or 65, you can access the roof terrace by taking the lift to the top and climbing an extra flight of stairs where you will see this sign on one of the doors.

The roof terrace in Storgata 59 will also open this year, but during early summer. The opening will be notified to the tenants. 

Shared responsibility for a pleasant environment

To keep the rooftop terraces open, we rely on everyone to follow the house rules, be considerate of each other by keeping noise levels reasonable, and ensure the area is left clean and tidy. Please remember to inform your guests about the rules as well.

If you live at one of the other addresses not mentioned above at Ankerløkka, you unfortunately do not have a roof terrace on your building. BUT, we are in the process of renovating our green areas in the backyard with new planting and furniture in a larger project, which we hope you will use. The project will be completed in the spring of 2025.
