Your mailbox is located in Storgata 89 at Servicetorget, the same place where the housing administration and laundry are located.

Your mailbox will be labelled with your house and apartment number, e.g. 6323. 

(In the past, the various addresses were divided into house numbers for internal use, i.e. Storgata 57 became House 2, Storgata 59 became House 3, etc.)

When you move in, you must remember to change your address through Altinn.no and Posten.no (Norwegian citizens only/long term stay in Norway). See your address under point 2 in your contract. You can find your contract via Anker Login.

You must not put your name on the front of the mailbox - the housing administration and postman will do this for you on the back of the box.

For larger parcels that do not fit in the mailbox: Posten will send a collection letter with information about where the parcel can be collected, either by letter or by text message.

If you have ordered a parcel online that is delivered by e.g. DHL, please check directly with the specific company for the delivery method.
