Don't have electricity in your apartment?

This may be because the course has been overloaded. At Ankerløkka (addresses in Storgata) you must call Securitas on +47 90123952 to have the fuse switched on as you do not have access to the fuse box.

All other addresses have a separate fuse box in the entrance of the apartment. You must open the fuse box and switch on the fuse.

Is your hobs not working? Please reset the stove guard. Click on the link under "Stove guard" to see how to reset it.

Please note: If the fuse shuts down again, it should not be tested again until you have disconnected EVERYTHING connected to the circuit in question. You can then attempt to connect one appliance at a time. If the circuit switches off again when a particular appliance is connected, it is a sign that the appliance is broken and must not be used.

If you still experience problems with the power, contact Securitas for immediate assistance. If they can't help you because your oven or hobs are broken, you must notify the janitor.
