FIRE:

• Covering or removal of smoke detector: 1800 NOK
• Unnecessary call-out Fire Department: up to 7000 NOK
• Obstruction of emergency exits: 1050 NOK

CLEANING:

• Insufficient cleaning of the common kitchen (per hour): 600 NOK (unchanged)
• Littering of common areas: 600 NOK (unchanged)
• Removal of waste or items from the apartment after move out (per hour): 600 NOK (unchanged)
• Insufficient cleaning of the apartment after move out (per hour): 600 NOK (unchanged)
• Smoking in the apartment or common areas: 1600 NOK

KEYS:

• Delayed handover of keys when moving out: 1250 NOK
• Lost/destroyed/not returned house key: 365 NOK
• Lost/destroyed/not returned post key: 365 NOK
• Lock in service daytime (only on business days): 250 NOK (unchanged)
• Lock in service evening/night or weekend: 750 NOK (unchanged)

RENTAL PRICES:

• Rental of storage space (only Storgata and Københavngata): 140 NOK
• Rental of bicycle parking (only Storgata): 50 NOK (unchanged)

OTHER FEES:

• Missing or damaged internet equipment in apartment after moving out: modem/wifi unit 1000 NOK, power adapter: 450 NOK (unchanged) 
• Pillow and duvet set: 500 NOK (unchanged)
