There is continuous work on our buildings. When you're in the property business, you know how expensive it can be if damage is not addressed immediately. We do this to ensure that apartments, corridors, lifts, roof terraces and outdoor areas are maintained. And yes, it can lead to noise! In a perfect world, you could spike a floor without a sound, but unfortunately that's not the reality. Occasionally there will be major projects and we have created an overview below where you can follow along.
