Cleaning of ventilation ducts - Storgata 59 (HUS 3)

Improvement of the outdoor area at Studenttorget (outside the Housing reception in Storgata 89)! 🚧✨

 

We have good news! Our property developer has confirmed that we are now embarking on an exciting project to upgrade the outdoor area at Studenttorget. This means that you'll soon have an even better and more inviting common area to use! The work will start on Monday in week 11, with planned completion in week 26. During the construction period, there will unfortunately be noise from excavators, heavy vehicles, compaction of masses and concrete sawing. We ask for your understanding and promise that the result will be worth the wait! They will work hard to ensure that this is carried out as quickly and smoothly as possible, in order to minimise the extent of the inconvenience this may cause. Very noisy work will be limited to after 08:00 and avoided during the nursery's sleeping hours (12:00-14:00). Remember that you all have access to the Study Space, which can and should be used for study sessions or when you need quiet to work! Read more here: STUDY SPACE - Anker Student.Access to Studenttorget and the gymnasium will be slightly challenging during the period. See the attached rigging plan for alternative walkways (marked with green arrows), while the work area will be fenced off (red). The work is carried out by NCC, and their working hours are 07-18 on weekdays.

🔓 10.10.24: PIN CODE FOR THE GATE AT STORGATA 61

As you may have noticed - you now have a PIN code available in your app! You'll find it on the main screen of the app, before you click into the page for "Ankerløkka". At the top of the screen you will see your personalised PIN code. Use this when going through the gates to and from Hausmannsgate.

 

If you're having trouble finding the code: once inside the app, click on the "Anker Studentbolig" logo at the top of the screen. This will take you to the main screen. At the top you will see your personalised PIN code. You can regenerate your PIN code at any time, if necessary. You can also still use your phone to open the gate if you prefer!

"We're going to change the filters on all the units at Anker now. This will take place over the next two weeks. The ventilation will be stopped for about 30-60 minutes per facility. It's hard to say exactly when and where we'll be working, but we'll start in building 6 and work our way to building 3 to begin with. Afterwards, we'll take houses 7 to 11 (these are external units only, no one needs access to the homes).

Maintenance work on the hot water system in several buildings in Storgata. It may take longer to get hot water out of the taps in the affected buildings throughout the week, and there may be urgent messages about complete closure of water during periods.

01.10.24-02.10.24Temporary water shut-off in house 7, due to repair of main water pipe

Critical maintenance on water systems and ventilation in Buildings 5 and 6: 17-18 June 2024. We must therefore shut off the water (hot and cold) in Houses 5 and 6 on Monday 17 June between 11:00 and 18:00. Keep all taps closed during this period. Dismantling of ventilation pipes must be done between 17-18 June, starting at 07:00 on 17 June, and reassembly of ventilation pipes should be completed at 18:00 on 18 June. This means that the ventilation system will be temporarily switched off during this period for repairs.

Staircase door House 4 now has an activated iLOQ locking system

From today, you need to use your mobile key to open the gateway at House 4 (S61). Go to settings and press "Keyless" to update your key in the app :) We hope this contributes to a better living environment at Ankerløkka!

Removal of bicycles in the bicycle garage at Building 6:If you rent a bicycle parking space in the storage area, you must visit the Housing Reception to pick up a new wallet for your bicycle for 2024/2025. Bikes that are not accounted for will be removed.
